Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and help you with a replacement, refund, or store credit when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used items cannot be returned.
Final sale items, clearance items, and gift cards may also be non-returnable unless required by law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
